The
NAPA Mission
The Naval
Association of Physician Assistants (NAPA) is a world-wide
organization representing Navy Physician Assistants. Founded
in 1974 as a constituent organization of the American Academy
of Physician Assistants (AAPA), NAPA represents and promotes
the interests of Navy PAs. NAPA is devoted to educating the
public about the PA profession, seeking legislative and governmental
policy changes regarding PAs, and informing those in the profession
about national Navy issues. NAPA works to promote the Physician-Physician
Assistant team concept, quality cost-effective health care,
and the professional and personal growth of Navy PAs.
